A dedicated project manager will be assigned to you and liaise with your primary contacts in Operations and IT. This team will work together to ensure all requirements are covered, it is important to ensure the system is right from the start rather than making costly changes following installation.
The team then ensure a smooth installation is performed, there is an effective integration with existing systems and a seamless go-live process is adopted.
